MLB Power Rankings: July 7

Most MLB have moved past the midway point of the season as the league’s schedule stretches into summer. MLB odds continue to fluctuate depending upon a given game’s pitching matchup, but the better teams in the league find themselves favorites more often than not at this point.

The New York Yankees push into July with the best odds to win the American League, though the Houston Astros trail just behind them in most sportsbooks. The Los Angeles Dodgers, meanwhile, hold the best odds to win the National League, though for much of the early part of the season that distinction belonged to the New York Mets. The defending World Series champions, the Atlanta Braves, used a recent run of wins to make things interesting, grabbing fifth-best MLB World Series odds.
