The Seahawks come off a well earned win to play the freshly rested Panthers on Sunday. 

Before the Panthers bye, they beat the Broncos 23-10 at home. In Sam Darnold’s first start of the season he threw for 164 yards and a TD. D.J Moore accounted for 103 of those yards as well as the touchdown. The Panthers defense has been playing extremely well recently. They have held their opponents to 15 points in 3 straight games. The Panthers are 4-8 but have playoff hopes being in the worst division in football. 

The Seahawks are coming off a surprisingly entertaining game against the Rams that came down to the wire. The DK Metcalf – Jalen Ramsey matchup provided tons of entertainment, and it was eventually Metcalf who got the last laugh as he secured the game winning TD with just 36 seconds left of play. Geno Smith continued his excellent play, throwing for 367 yards and 3 touchdowns. The Seahawks are 7-5 and are in 2nd place in the NFC West.
