Donovan Mitchell was one of the stars of the All-Star game on Sunday night, scoring 40 points while shooting 15-25 from the field. Mitchell is averaging 27.3 points and 1.5 steals per game.
The Hawks are a game under .500 at 29-30, standing at eighth in the Eastern conference. After trading for Dejounte Murray last off-season, Atlanta would’ve liked to be in a better position than they are in right now, especially after a relatively disappointing season last year where they were eliminated in the play-in tournament after making the Eastern conference finals the year prior.
