Four games this week feature favorites by a touchdown or more. Will we see a ton of blowouts or are some of these underdogs going to cover? We’re on a hot streak after going 10-5 with our picks last week, let us help you make your Week 14 decisions.
Raiders (-6.5) Over RAMS
The Raiders are 9th in points scored and winners of three straight. The Rams still have a formidable defense but their 29th ranked offense just won’t be able to score enough to keep up.
STEELERS (-2.5) Over Ravens (BEST BET)
The Steelers are rolling and the Ravens are hurting. Pittsburgh has won 3 of their last 4 and covered in 5 of their last 7. Meanwhile the Ravens have failed to cover in their last 3 games.
BENGALS (-6) Over Browns
Deshaun Watson did not look ready to play last week and the Bengals haven’t lost since October. They’re also 9-1 against the spread in their last 10 games and Joe Burrow is now 3rd in MVP odds.
COWBOYS (-16.5) over Texans
A 16.5 point cover is a tough pill to swallow, but Dallas has covered in their last 3 games beating their opponents by a combined 122 – 42. The Texans have failed to cover in 4 straight and 6 of their last 7.
TITANS (-4) Over Jaguars
The Titans have had a couple rough weeks against the Bengals and Eagles but will rebound against a divisional rival at home. They’ve beaten the Jaguars 9 of the last 10 times and covered the spread in 8 of those games.
Vikings (+2.5) Over LIONS (BEST BET)
It’s weird to see a 10-2 team as underdogs against a 5-7 team, even on the road. The Vikings have only failed to cover the spread once in their last 7 games.
Jets (+9.5) Over BILLS
The Jets just beat the Bills 4 weeks ago and haven’t lost by a margin this large since September 25th. This should be another close one.
Eagles (-7) Over GIANTS
After a couple sloppy games, the Eagles have scored 75 points combined in their last two games. The Giants’ 21st ranked defense will have their hands full.
Chiefs (-9.5) Over BRONCOS
The last two times the Chiefs lost, Mahomes rebounded with a 3-touchdown game in a blowout win. The Broncos are his next victim.
SEAHAWKS (-3.5) Over Panthers (BEST BET)
The Seahawks rank 4th in points and the Panthers rank 25. Seattle has covered the spread in 4 of their last 6 games and 3.5 shouldn’t be tough to clear.
Buccaneers (+3.5) Over 49ERS
We learned for the millionth time last week to never count Tom Brady out. Despite how well San Francisco has been playing, this is Tom Brady vs. a third string quarterback.
Dolphins (-3) Over CHARGERS
Tua Tagovailoa got shellacked last week but he was playing against the best defense in the league. The Chargers rank 30th in points given up so we should get more of what we’re used to from Tua.
Patriots (+1.5) Over CARDINALS
The Cardinals haven’t gotten into an offensive groove all season and the Patriots have the 7th ranked defense. The Patriots are 6-3 against the spread in their last 9 games.
