new york giants 20 vs dallas cowboys 28
ANALYSIS
The second Thanksgiving game of the year features the New York Giants as they head to Dallas to play the Cowboys in this pivotal NFC East matchup.
The Giants had by far the worst game of their season last week against the Lions, only putting up 18 points against a historically bad defense in the 31-18 loss. Daniel Jones led the team in rushing with 50 yards as Saquon Barkley was held to 22 yards on 15 attempts. Daniel Jones has been playing well this season, with the two picks he tossed vs. Detroit accounting for half of his total on the season. The Giants will look to establish Barkley’s running prowess as they did last time they played the Cowboys, where he tallied 14 carries for 81 yards and a td.
The Cowboys have only lost to the Giants once since 2016 and look to keep up their winning ways after a completely dominant 40-3 slaughter vs the rolling Vikings. On offense, the running back Tony Pollard has been killing it, and during the process proving why he is the best RB on the team. He led the team in both rushing and receiving yards last week and while Zeke is still their goal-line back. Pollard has established himself as “the guy” moving forward. Both the Cowboys and the Giants take a 7-3 record into this game as they fight for the number 2 spot in the NFC East.
