Owners approved meaningful changes to the NFL’s overtime rules Tuesday. The new set-up sees both teams getting possessions in overtime, but only during playoff games. Regular season OT rules remain the same. Since 2017, teams that won the overtime coin toss won the game 54-percent of the time.
