The Colts’ chances of winning the AFC South took a major hit in Week 10, as the injury to starting quarterback Jacoby Brissett and the poor play of kicker Adam Vinatieri cost them in a home loss to lonely Miami. And while this game currently has no line set because of Brissett’s questionable status, the Jaguars welcome back starting quarterback Nick Foles, who has been out since the first quarter of Week 1 with a shoulder injury. Jags’ backup quarterback Gardner Minshew II played well until a 26-3 loss to Houston in Jacksonville’s last game. They will also rely on Leonard Fournette, who is fourth in the NFL with 92.3 yards rushing per game. Both teams are virtually statistically even on offense and defense, but if Brian Hoyer suits up for the Colts, the Jags should be at a decided advantage. Once a line is set, also take into account that since 2015, Jacksonville is 7-0-1 against the spread over the Colts. The Jaguars, however, have been struggling against the rest of the division – they are just 2-8 straight-up in their last 10 AFC South matchups.
